What this covers
RidesForAll, Inc. ("RidesForAll", "we", "us") operates dispatch software for medical transport organizations, school districts, and specialized fleet operators. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our platform — whether as a dispatcher, a driver, or a passenger.

Data we collect
Name, email address, phone number, and password when you create an account. Organizations may also provide a company name and billing address.
Pickup and drop-off addresses, scheduled times, trip status events, driver assignments, passenger accessibility requirements, and trip completion events. This data is necessary for the core dispatch function.
The driver app logs GPS coordinates during active trips. Location is used to show real-time driver position to dispatchers and to generate trip audit records. We do not collect location data when the app is in the background and no trip is active.
Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) used for security monitoring and to improve the product. We do not sell or use this data for advertising.
Messages sent through in-platform forms or to our support email. We retain these to resolve your issue and to improve our service.
How we use it
- — To operate the dispatch platform: matching trips to drivers, tracking status, recording events.
- — To send trip notifications to drivers and passengers via SMS or push notification.
- — To process payments and generate invoices for your organization.
- — To respond to support requests and resolve technical issues.
- — To improve the reliability and features of the platform through aggregated, anonymized analysis.
- — To comply with legal obligations, including responding to lawful requests from government authorities.
We do not use your data to serve advertising. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
Who we share with
We share data only in limited circumstances:
Infrastructure, payment processing (Stripe), SMS messaging (Twilio), and mapping (Mapbox for geocoding and routing; Apple MapKit JS for the dispatcher map view) vendors who process data on our behalf under data processing agreements and are prohibited from using it for their own purposes.
Dispatchers and administrators within your organization can access trip, driver, and passenger records as permitted by their role. We do not expose your organization's data to other RidesForAll customers.
We will disclose data when required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of any person. We will notify you of such requests when legally permitted to do so.
How long we keep it
Trip records, event logs, and passenger data are retained for as long as your organization's account is active, and for up to 3 years after account closure to support compliance audits and billing inquiries.
Driver location logs are retained for 90 days then deleted, unless a specific trip record requires them for an audit.
You may request deletion of personal data at any time by contacting [email protected]. Requests will be honored within 30 days except where we are required by law to retain the data.
Your rights
Depending on your location you may have rights including: access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, and data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected].
We will respond to all legitimate requests within 30 days. In some cases we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
